I’ve recently found my immense love for the creative freedom that comes with graphic and scenic design.

Please enjoy some of these pieces below.

“Arcadia” Scenic Design

While having a meeting for our District Thespians Competition, a thought randomly popped into my head: What if I did the scenic design event? I walked right up the coordinator, asked if I could and she said “Absolutely! Now all you have to do is pick a show.” This piece ended up winning Straight Superiors (the highest ranking) at that same competition.

This is the poster I designed for my upcoming student-directed production of “Next To Normal” that had to be cancelled due to COVID-19.

Here is the logo created for AHS Sings for Hope

It was a student-run benefit concert for UNICEF which I also performed for. I did all other advertising for the event, as shown below.

“Oklahoma!” Marketing and Publicity

For my school’s spring musical, “Oklahoma!” I decided to join the marketing and publicity team. Together, we created vintage-inspired advertisements for the show on social media, reached out to various assisted-living facilities, and were nominated for Best Marketing and Publicity by the South Florida Cappies Organization.

The pictures used were taken by Catherine Gomez-Thompson. The background music is Precious Life by Savfk on www.free-stock-music.com

This is a poster for the rally I co-organized with two of my dearest friends.

Irene Newman Jimenez, Bella Ramirez, and Ella Noriega

We were able to get the Mayor of Sunrise to speak at our event along with National Speech and Debate Winner Jordyn Allen, and other talented young performers. We also set up a voting registration booth and letter writing stations to our local government officials.
